Q: How long will it take for my order to be processed?

A: Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you selected pick up in office at checkout, you will receive an email letting you know your order is ready.

Q: How long does your shipping take?

A: Our shipping takes anywhere from 1-3 business days depending on where your package is being shipped.

Q: What shipping service do you use?

A: We ship USPS priority mail.

Q: Can I pick up my order at the next home game I attend?

A: Yes! If you would like to pick up your online order at The Reef at our next home game, please select "pick up in office" as the shipping method and specify in the "special instructions for seller" box at checkout which game you will be picking it up at.
