Q: How long will it take for my order to be processed?

A: Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you selected pick up in office at checkout, you will receive an email letting you know your order is ready.

Q: How long does your shipping take?

A: Our shipping takes anywhere from 1-3 business days depending on where your package is being shipped.

Q: What shipping service do you use?

A: We ship USPS priority mail.

Q: Can I pick up my order at the next home game I attend?

A: Yes! If you would like to pick up your online order at The Reef at our next home game, please select "pick up in office" as the shipping method and specify in the "special instructions for seller" box at checkout which game you will be picking it up at. The merchandise stand, The Reef, is located behind section 102. You can also reach out to kelvin@stingrayshockey.com if you require special assistance.

Q: What is your return and refund policy?

A: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you need to return an item, please contact kelvin@stingrayshockey.com within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the next few days.
