Any adult or youth replica jersey can be customized with the name and number of your choice. A captains "C" or "A" can also be added at no additional cost. (NOTE: Sublimated jerseys cannot be customized at this time.) The customization will be identical to the players!
- Please leave in the "Special instructions for seller" section when you add this product to your cart the name and number you would like on your jersey, and if you would like a "C" or an "A" added to the front of your jersey.
